Non-Account Customers
For our Non-Account Customers shipping & handling charges will be determined at the time you place your order.Charges (ex GST) are per order and based on the Post Code / Country of the delivery address you have chosen.Please note: Please consider using a work delivery address if you are not usually home during the day.

Charges as follows:
Website Orders under $200.00 incur a $15.00 freight charge

We will contact you with Shipping Charges, hence no Shipping Charges will be shown at the time you place your order. ** Do NOT Pay until we have advised of shipping charges **

Account Customers
For our Account Customers shipping will be determined at dispatch time depending on your chosen method of delivery. Hence no Shipping Charges will be shown at the time you place your order.

Return & Refund Policy
Returns (excluding Damaged Goods) will only be accepted within 21 days from the date that the goods are delivered and must be returned in the condition and packaging that they were supplied.Refunds will be restricted to the price invoiced only and will exclude our delivery costs to you, your return costs and any costs relating to shortage or damage of contents on return.We strongly recommend when you return the product you use an insured delivery service as we regret we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Refunds can be paid into a bank account or onto a Mastercard or Visa credit card (excluding AMEX).
